It sits around 4.6-4.7 on Google.
Its official site currently lists a single location: Palmeiras Business Center, on Calle 11 sur between Avenida 55 and Avenida 60. It is inland, outside the tourist centre, reachable by bike or DiDi.

Access is 24/7 by fingerprint, so you do not depend on front-desk hours, and it sits a few blocks from the beach and Fifth Avenue.
It does not publish rates on its own site or on the coworking directories: you have to ask for the price directly.
